The Jupiter Invitational is being held at the Jupiter Boathouse (5501 Jupiter Ave NE, Belmont, MI 49306). Coaches would like the rowers at the boathouse and ready to go by 8:30AM. We are planning to host a total of five teams (Northview, Rockford, Perrysburg, Forest Hills Central, and Grand Rapids Juniors) with an estimated 150+ rowers. Parking is extremely limited at the Jupiter boathouse. Families are encouraged to carpool (perhaps meetup at the high school and ride to the boathouse together) or park in the parking lot across the street as shown in the map below.
Rowers not participating in fall rowing CAN AND ARE ENCOURAGED to still participate in this event. Rowers just have to reach out to coach Lauren and let her know so she can adjust the lineups. Coach contact info can be found at the Coaches page.
Lunch will be provided as described in Jupiter Invitational (10/7) Food Signup. There are still food and food tent volunteer slots open that need to be filled. Please head over to that page and see how you can help.
There will not be lineups sent out to families ahead of time for this event. Lineups will be provided to the rowers directly either at practice or the day of the event.
